01Terms of Use
This website presents general information about XORA GLOBE and its three pillars — XPORTEX, XTRADE and XDEVELOPMENT. Nothing on this website is an offer, a price quotation or a binding commitment. Services begin only under a signed service request / intake form and a Service Order. We may update this website and these terms at any time.
02How we work — Service Agreements
Each engagement is governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) together with a Service Order (or signed intake / request form) that set out the exact scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and service levels. The service clock starts once we accept your signed form.
03Fees, Commission & Payment
Fees and any commission are set out in your Service Order or proposal — never on this website. Assessments, market reports and add-on services are payable in advance. Where a service is success-based, commission becomes due on a signed purchase order. Currency and any applicable VAT are stated in the Service Order.
04Non-Circumvention & Anti-Poaching (NCND)
Where we introduce a manufacturer, buyer or other counterparty, you agree not to bypass XORA GLOBE on that relationship, and not to solicit or engage introduced parties directly, for the period stated in your agreement (typically 24 months from introduction).
05Confidentiality
We treat your information in confidence and expect the same in return. A mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request and is standard for procurement and exclusive engagements.
06Exclusivity
Category exclusivity is available for certain services — for example outsourced procurement and exclusive export engagements. The precise scope of exclusivity, and any penalty for breach, are defined in your agreement.
07Disclaimers & No Guarantee
XORA GLOBE is a facilitation and advisory service provider. Market intelligence and readiness assessments are advisory and do not guarantee sales, buyers, prices or outcomes. Our market-intelligence service provides the map of a market — not named buyer introductions, which are delivered separately under a matched service. You remain responsible for your own commercial and legal decisions.
08Payments & Escrow
To protect both sides, transactions may be routed through an independent escrow arrangement. XORA GLOBE is not a bank and does not hold client funds outside an agreed escrow.
09Compliance & Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for holding the certifications your products and markets require — for example ISO, GOEIC export registration and destination-market certificates. We may decline or pause any engagement that raises legal, sanctions or compliance concerns.
10Intellectual Property
Reports, company profiles, pitch materials and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of XORA GLOBE and are licensed to you on payment. The XORA GLOBE and pillar names, logos and materials are protected. Your own data and materials remain yours and are used only to deliver your services.
11Privacy & Data Protection
We collect the details you submit through our forms — such as your name, company, contact details and request — to respond to you and deliver services. We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed to deliver a service, and with your consent. To access, correct or delete your data, write to legal@xoraglobe.com.
12Cookies
This website stores only what it needs to work: your language and light/dark theme choice, kept in your own browser. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies today. If we add analytics later, it stays off unless you accept it in the cookie banner.
13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and our services are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are referred to arbitration under the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), seated in Cairo.
